Advisor’s Profile

Your main responsibilities

  • Build up long-term relationships with customers

Your experience and skills

  • University or college degree
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous working experience in customer centric positions will be considered an asset.

Training & Development

Education is very important, as it forms the necessary bases for professional, efficient and effective sales practice, while developing professionals in a highly demanding work environment.

Our Agent Career Centre has a history of 25 years and it is part of the Sales Division. Our training has progressed from training courses to an integrated learning experience.

Trainers are responsible for the implementation of educational programs, which are interactive in nature, utilizing educational material, simulation exercises, team work and case studies.

We emphasize new advisor education and professional certification, in order to be able to deal with the challenges of the job. Our training courses include training on all company products (basic education) and on the cycle of sales process, giving particular emphasis on the development of the appropriate skills and work habits, through the procedures of the Company and the Code of Conduct.

Our market knowledge together with our need-based solutions provided in family planning and financial planning is an important advantage for our new advisors and our professionals in the sales network.
