On how to pay your premium.

Premium payment methods

  • Via direct debit, for automated charging of your account.

  • Via web or phone banking:

- Piraeus Bank: transfer the amount that concerns your premiums from your account by using the 20-digit code indicated on the payment notice (Piraeus Bank: 100ΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧ)
- Associated banks: Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece: select “payment” and use the 20-digit code, starting with the number of your insurance policy, as indicated on the payment notice.
- For payments at other banks participating in the DIAS interbanking system, via web banking or at a bank branch, use the payment code that starts with the number of your insurance policy

  • Via cash deposit:

- Αt the associated banks: Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece, using the 20-digit code indicated on the payment notice 100ΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧ.
- Αt other banks participating in the DIAS interbanking system use the payment code that starts with the number of your insurance policy

  • Via cash deposit at Hellenic Post (ELTA) branches using the payment form.

 

Important information:

  • With regards to insurance policies exclusively provided via Piraeus Bank, premiums are paid using the Bank's services (web or phone banking, direct debit, cash deposit).
  • Any bank fees do not constitute a charge by NN Hellas.
  • All acceptable and valid payment methods are indicated above. Payment of premiums in any other way or to any other natural or legal person is not acknowledged by the company and is not considered as payment.
